Before the run.
After the run.
  • Completed a goal.  10 min miles.
My darling husband has brainwashed my kids into thinking I'm a good runner, so they were so proud of their mommy.  How cute!

  • Civil Rights day BBQ with family.
  • Late nights of Rock Band with Ryan.  Living it up before he starts school again tomorrow.
