This is how I feel right now. I HATE HATE HATE my Mac!! I have had more problems, and worse problems in the past year of using a Mac than I have ever had in the 10+ years of using a PC. If any of you out there are thinking of buying a Mac, DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!! I know they are so enticing because they are so awesome looking and have sweet photo and music programs, but if you want a computer that you can use those programs whenever you want, a Mac is not for you.
If this thing could talk, it would say, "my purpose is to make Kristin as miserable as computerly possible!"

that's too bad. our macs have been nothing but GREAT for us. we've been getting mac laptops for the last 5 years and have never had any problems. maybe you got a bad seed! either way though, nothing is more annoying than having a computer that is slow, or keeps shutting down, or whatever. sorry.
same as morg for me here... we have an iMac and absolutely love it. i can't even remember a time in the last 2 years we've had it that we've had a problem. sorry, this is probably not making you feel better. :) is it still under warranty? maybe it's having problems that aren't normal and you could swap it for a new one.
I love MAC!! Me and MAC are lovers! I am really sorry that you are having so much trouble! I cant even think of the last time I had a problem with my MAC and I have been using MAC since 6th grade!!! I have a MAC labtop and desk top and both have been great to me. Maybe I can help with your MAC?

I can't believe how screwed you got with the computer, even the apple store/online/phone help have all been pretty lame. So sorry. I am keeping Andrew away from this post, as you are talking about his lover.
I absolutely love the pic from "Office Space"! I have wanted to do that to computers, printers, copiers , etc for years!
Hey Ryan.. This is Brooke, How's AZ? It seems to be the happenin' place lately! There are som many people we know moving that direction for one reason or another.... well... I do have a point to this message... I wanted to let you know that I'm trying to get a memory book put together for Chris' 30th and I want all of our new and longer time friends to have messages to him in there.
