Stephenie Meyer's website has announced that Edward Cullen has been cast for the Twilight movies. I gotta say, there were rumors flying around that a lot hotter guys were going to be cast. I'm a little dissapointed. Hopefully they also get a great stylist because from these pictures, I don't think Robert Pattinson is quite Edward worthy. What do you think?
I'm sure that after seeing the movie, and him as Edward, I'll eat my words.

Wow. Disappointing, indeed. I had such high hopes. I'm also sad that Alexis Bledel isn't playing Bella- I had heard they were considering her for the part.

Yah, I did see that picture. I didn't love it. I think by far the best one of him is the one bottom one where he's in the jacket.

kristin-he is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo not the edward i had in my mind!!! i don't think he does the character justice, but we'll like him. seriously-we really need to get together sometime and talk about these books. it sounds like you like them just as much as i do. i'll have to show you my pictures from forks and la push...oh gosh, i probably sounds nuts anyone reading this.
